Next Race: Winton

• Practice went well on the Thursday and the team was pleased with Chris's times considering it was only the third time in the car and the first time at this very intimidating circuit of Adelaide.
  
• First qualifying on Friday finished with an excellent result of P2 on the grid for race one. Considering the session for us was cut short due to the left rear wheel coming lose due to what turned out to be caused by a drive line vibration.
  
• Second qualifying session showed Chris's ability to quickly come to grips with a circuit he had not driven on before. Resulting with poll position for race two on the Sunday!
  
• First race Chris had an excellent start taking the lead for the first four laps. Ian Dyke slowly pulled Chris in and passed to take the front position with Chris in second. Chris fought off other competitors and finished in second position on the podium for race one.
  
• Second race, again Chris took the lead from the start only to be passed first by Ian Dyke and then by Karl Riedler. This was the result of the team misreading the track conditions, it was considered that the track would have much more grip after the V8 super cars had been on the circuit laying down rubber. This was proved incorrect and track conditions were quite slippery lacking in grip. This caught many teams out with numerous spins on the warm up lap. "We had made changes for what was thought to be improved grip." "But this prevented Chris from being able to get the power down early" said team manager Errol Gilmour. We ended with third place for race two, but still a podium finish!
  
• In summary a very successful race meeting with a poll position two front row starts a second and a third, "two podium finishes".
